Hi there! I’m Jasmine Carpio.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist in Chandler, Arizona, and I’m passionate about walking alongside you on your unique journey. One of my greatest joys is helping people practice self-compassion, believe in their worth, and live authentically.
As both a therapist and a mother, I deeply understand the challenges of motherhood—both the beauty and the overwhelm. I specialize in supporting mothers through the transformative times of pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of motherhood, helping you feel less alone and more supported.
My mission is to help you heal from past struggles, embrace the present with courage, and grow into the confident, self-compassionate person and mother you deserve to be.

Therapy for New Moms
Perinatal therapy for new moms offers support through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I help you navigate the challenges of this transformative time. You don’t have to go through it alone—let’s work together to help you feel supported and empowered.
Trauma Therapy
If you have experienced traumatic life experiences in your child or adult life that have you feeling stuck:
