Break the Cycle

Trauma & Postpartum Therapy in Chandler, AZ - Telehealth Across Arizona

Healing the past. Embracing the present. Building something different for the next generation.

You've done everything to hold it together on the outside — but inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, reactive, or hard on yourself.

Therapy for cycle breakers and new moms who are ready to heal trauma, feel more grounded and connected, and respond with intention.

You might be in the right place if...

You overthink, people-please, or avoid conflict — even when it leaves you feeling resentful

You feel emotionally overwhelmed or reactive, then stuck in guilt or shame afterward

You're navigating motherhood and noticing old wounds or patterns surfacing

You want to break generational patterns, but don't always know how

You're not just looking for ways to manage — you want something that actually shifts it at the root.

When the past is still shaping the present

Many women I work with grew up feeling unseen, emotionally dismissed, or like they had to stay "easy" to keep the peace. You may have learned to be independent, responsible, or accommodating — but now those same patterns show up in your relationships, your boundaries, and even how you respond to your child.

Parenthood and close relationships have a way of bringing these patterns to the surface. You are not broken. These patterns made sense once. And there is more available to you than just managing them — to still be fully human, and feel more grounded, intentional, and connected in how you move through your life.

Hi, I’m Jasmine.

IHi, I’m Jasmine.I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and founder of Heal & Grow Therapy, based in Chandler, AZ. I work with women and mothers who are ready to go beneath the surface — healing trauma and the childhood wounds that show up in their relationships, their parenting, and how they feel about themselves.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety and compassion — not pressure or perfection. I'm a therapist, a cycle breaker, and a mother navigating this work in my own life.

Healing & Lasting Change

Over time, many clients begin healing old wounds, strengthening nervous system regulation, and creating relationships and lives that feel more connected, grounded, and authentic.

You don't have to do this alone.

My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you do this work — and to be part of something bigger, where cycle breakers are no longer carrying this alone, but are building a legacy of emotional health for themselves and the next generation.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you've been carrying so much for so long. You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
