I’m a Licensed mental health therapist and anxiety therapist in Chandler, AZ and the founder of Heal & Grow Therapy. I work with cycle breakers and parents who are used to holding it all together on the outside while carrying anxiety, old family patterns, or emotional overwhelm on the inside.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection— it happens through safety, compassion, and understanding what your nervous system has learned over time.
