My experience with relationship therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in trauma, attachment, and relational dynamics. Through my work in EMDR, Parts Work, and attachment-focused therapy, I help clients heal from past wounds, break unhelpful patterns, and build deeper, more fulfilling connections. I love providing individual relationship therapy because I believe that healing our relationship with ourselves transforms the way we connect with others. Watching my clients step into their power, set healthy boundaries, and create more meaningful relationships is truly rewarding. You deserve relationships that feel safe, supportive, and aligned with who you are—and I’m here to help you get there.
